Job Profile:

  1. Managing Outbound sales team working towards pre-defined targets.
  2. Responsible for team performance, Attrition, and shrinkage.
  3. Prepare Daily reports.

  5. Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  6. Ability to convince customers.

Backend Developer


  1. Fluency in Python, Javascript, and NestJS.
  2. Proven experience in developing scalable backend systems.
  3. Strong understanding of API integration and third-party services.
  4. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or MongoDB.
  5. Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  6. Knowledge of software development best practices and coding standards.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Frappe Framework is knowledge is a great bonus


  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
  3. Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality, bug-free solutions.
  4. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  5. Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  6. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
  7. Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.

On Field Sales Representative

Biggest Supplier is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated On Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales leads and prospects by going into their local respective markets and finding relevant businesses for our application.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the market.
  2. Introduce the benefits of the Biggest Supplier app to potential customers and help them install it.
  3. Achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with customers.
  4. Showcase the features and benefits of the Biggest Supplier app to customers.
  5. Provide customer feedback and work closely with the sales team to improve the app.
  6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the app and its offerings.


  1. Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
  4. Must be able to work flexible hours and travel extensively.
  5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  6. Knowledge of B2B sales is a plus.


  1. First incentive will be based on the number of installs of the application in the local market.
  2. Second incentive will be based on the first order placed by the customer after installation.
  3. Fixed incentive will be provided based on the minimum order value per month of the customer.
